The role of positive psychological capital in softening the relationship between workplace boycott and job engagement: an analytical study

The current research seeks to determine the nature of relationship between positive psychological capital and its impact on smoothing job  engagementand workplace boycott. This was tested by analyzing main variables research, interactive variable (positive capital), independent (place district work), approved accredited (job immersion).The started from a basic problem, which is what level in boycotting workplace. adopted community, Al-Rafidain University College), tool for data collection was(The questionnaire) distributed sample (114) individuals collected analyzed using statistical program (SPSS), reached set conclusions recommendations.
